Edwin Guillermo Viales Mora is the Data and Research Assistant, Focal Point of the Missing Migrants Project at the Regional Office for Central America, North America and the Caribbean of the International Organization for Migration (IOM). He is Manager of International Cooperation, specialist in Migration and Social Integration. For ten years he has worked with migrants and refugees.
